I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Apr 2008
Interview
I applied online through my campus career services. I then had a campus interview. I had to take a personality, IQ, and skills test before the campus interview, after which I was picked for the site interview.
Before the site interview, I had a 1-1 with the site HR manager. The site interview consisted of a 1-1 with my team lead, and another 1-1 with the plant manager.
I found out about the offer 2 days after the site interview.

Question 1
Describe a tough situation you have experienced, and how did you go about solving it?
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
