After the skill assessment, started with a short HR phone screen, then a 1 hour interview, followed by an on site tour and final interview. All the questions were "tell me about a time when..." STAR questions.

Interviewed with Sacramento Plant. It was very annoying because the HR wasn't answering my initial questions. After my first round interview, it took over 3 months to reject me. Overall though, it was a good learning experience of the STAR/CAR method that they expect. Make sure you practice talking in a concise way.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
