In 2016 they had a GMAT test followed by two face to face interviews. I didn't take the job, but I know that they invest in employees, they have training programs and you can advance in the company based in performance.

First of all you have to do the assessment, includes of personality test, numerical test, logical tests, etc. If you pass, they will contact you (via mobile phone in my case) and then arrange the first interview. There are three interviews with three director-level employees (Band 3 or above). To join P&G, all of them must approve your qualifications.
