First, you will be invited to sit for the reasoning test at the company's campus. This is an IQ mcq test, and it is easy. You will be receiving a response within a week of the day of your test. You can find a practice for this test on the internet or in the email that invited you for this test. After about another week or two, you will be invited for your first interview out of 2 to 3 interviews. They are all mainly the same and some questions may even be repeated, they claim that this is just for the sake of fair judgement. They are really friendly and the environment is attractive. However, you must prepare well for the interview as it is not clear what the interviewer is looking for in the applicants, and they do not offer feedback. The whole interview consists of situation based questions mainly focusing on personal skills; no technical questions, and you receive your response within 3-4 working days.
