The interview process started with an online assessment that tests your IQ and intelligence. After I passed that, I got a call asking for an interview with an HR person. The next interview was with someone in the Sales department and finally, my last interview was with the Sales Manager and an HR recruiter.

The process was very nice. I believe there are 3 interviews in total, i did not pass the last interveiw. You will get to interview with people not only in your department, but other department with different bands. The interviewer will really focus on your past experience and extract the value they see that aligns with the firm.
My initial interview was with one recruiter and was pretty positive. He asked behavioral and situational questions. You must follow the Context Action Result (CAR) format as they state. Good luck!
