Had an online personality and problem solving test. Made it to the oncampus supervised 65 minute problem solving test. Had an interview the next week. Was very difficult situational questions I personally had not experienced since the position was meant for upper years.

An initial one hour video interview before being flown out for a site tour and in person interview. Entirely behavioral questions, but they rejected me before I was on the plane home.

Interview
All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
