online assessment + 3 interview: the online assessment is quite simple since it's composed by logic questions + memory test. The interview are also what you would expect and they are with managers.

Dopo il test scritto ci sono sono tre colloqui, di cui due online e uno in presenza. I colloqui testano la personalità, la coerenza tra i vari step, l'approccio a situazioni e anche ad alcuni casi aziendali. Tutto in italiano tranne parte dell'ultimo che è stato in inglese

The process is divided as follows: CV scanning, 2 assessment test online and 3 interviews with more senior roles. They are very friendly but also very professional, so that you can relax but have to pay close attention to the questions and to your answers
