I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (London, England) in Jan 2012
Interview
Fairly Standard interview process, however at the more formal end. Come prepared with motivation above all else. Perhaps one of the more thorough interview process' I have encountered, however, this is not a surprise given the market position of the company.
Really proactive and forthcoming. Good interview guides available online to prepare. Aligned with the culture. They are usually behavioral questions which are good predictors of success in the job. I think the recruitment process was fair and timely. Good conversations with the folk in the team and good experience overall
