I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Lewisburg, OH) in Mar 2011
Interview
You begin by applying online and taking an aptitude test. If selected for an interview, then you visit at the company and interview with approximately 5 employees for short 20-30 minute sessions. You also follow up with another aptitude test that is taken on paper instead of on the computer.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
