The interviewer did his/her best to find if you really fit in with the desired position from the point of view if what you want and what the role implies. Company used to be interested to get right people in right places which meant that you could ask your questions, be open when you answer questions. (Please not the year: 2004)

Interview
Interview is based on Behavior based Interview. More asking for the situation and your actions and results taken. For example they ask for a certain situation that you had a new idea and how did convince people and what did you do and what was the result etc..I advise you to prepare such kind of a success history of your own. Situation where you succeed and where you resolve the problem.
