Very thorough hiring process. Start with an online application. Then move onto a series of online questionnaires to judge suitability. After successfully completing questionnaires, take a written proctored exam based on general knowledge. If the proctored exam is successfully completed, you are invited back for an interview. Successful candidates are then processed through a complete medical exam by a company doctor including x-rays. Candidates who pass all steps are then placed on an eligibility list. I applied on the company website. I received a confirmation email and then another email soon after letting me know that I had tasks to do on my career page for P&G, the online assessments. I had two assigned assessments, the PEAK assessment, and the plant technician assessment. They provide information on how to prepare for the assessments and the expectations. After completing the assessments, I received an email about two weeks later from the recruiter asking to set up an initial interview. The initial interview was at the Andover, MA plant. The initial interview had two parts, an informational section and walk through with the recruiter, then an interview with two managers. The interview with the managers was very laid back. They took notes and your answers are put into a system that gives you a numerical value to see if you would be a good fit. After the initial interview, the next day I received an email with a job offer with contingencies ( background check, drug test, medical evaluation, I9).
