Straight forward in-person interview with a plant tour. The interview was straightforward and their goal is to make sure you fit in well with the company's culture and values. P&G hires with the goal of keeping you long term.

If there was an internal conflict between two team members, how would you go about resolving this issue?
Questions were asked in CAR format about previous internship experiences. The interviewer needed great detail on the situation of each questions and why certain decisions were made. Interviewers were take a lot of notes on responses while the interview was conducted.

It was a straightforward interview process with responses in the C(Challenge) A(Action) R(Result) format. The interviewer also dove deeper on why I made the decisions that I did in previous experiences.
