Low skilled interviewer with biases. Negative experience with an interviewing process that took a very long time and lacked feedback. It’s better to have candidates do a case study so as to determine if they will be successful in what they do instead of trying to fit your boxes.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews. All questions were about previous experiences where I’ve shown different skills such as leadership, teamwork etc. The interviewers were nice and explained exactly what they were expecting at the beginning of the interview which was helpful. Go through P&G peak performance factors and try to relate each experience to at least one of those factors.
