Interview
After scoring well enough on the test you are contacted with an invitation to interview. First interview was with one manager and one employee. They started with a quick background on the company and the Oxnard plant. They then asked several questions. After I answered they asked if i had questions. They answered my questions then asked if i could wait in the lobby. A few moments later the manager came to me and asked if I had time for my second interview at that time. The second interview was with just the manager. A few more questions and answers and I was offered the job. I was taken on a quick tour of the facility afterwards.

When was the last time you used a tool to complete a task?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Andover, MA)
Interview
I applied on the company website. I received a confirmation email and then another email soon after letting me know that I had tasks to do on my career page for P&G, the online assessments. I had two assigned assessments, the PEAK assessment, and the plant technician assessment. They provide information on how to prepare for the assessments and the expectations. After completing the assessments, I received an email about two weeks later from the recruiter asking to set up an initial interview. The initial interview was at the Andover, MA plant. The initial interview had two parts, an informational section and walk through with the recruiter, then an interview with two managers. The interview with the managers was very laid back. They took notes and your answers are put into a system that gives you a numerical value to see if you would be a good fit. After the initial interview, the next day I received an email with a job offer with contingencies ( background check, drug test, medical evaluation, I9).
