The Interview process was fairly easy from start to finish.
I applied online after seeing the job on LinkedIn, I then was asked to do an online assessment. After the online assessment I did not hear back for over a month (don’t fret if you don’t hear back right away).
I then received an email from HR asking to schedule a quick call. The call was easy, just basic questions about myself and background in the industry.
HR sent their recommendation to the internal hiring team and once they reviewed my resume and notes from the HR team they decided to move forward with an initial interview.
This interview I was asked standard behavioural and situational questions (will list below) and was asked to answer in the CAR format. (CAR= Context, Action & Result) I highly recommend to come prepared with some specific results as this seemed to be what they were most excited for.
After my first interview HR contacted me back to advise they liked me and will be scheduling a second Interview.
During my second interview the same questions were asked and you are able to provide the same answers you do not need new ones. P&G like to utilize data in their work so try to focus on answering the questions with examples of how you used data to solve the issue at hand.
After my second interview I was advised I would hear back up to 3 weeks later however I got the call the next day I was selected. I was presented with my offer on Workday and I have since signed and am awaiting my start date.
