3 rounds of interviews: 1. with the hiring manager (online; 1 hour), 2. deliver a technical seminar presentation of previous work (online; 1 hour), and 3. behavioral interview and project discussion (physical; 5 hours). These interviews are conducted after being shortlisted and completing an online assessment. The last interview feels more like an interrogation. The results came after two months of waiting.
