I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Fayetteville, AR) in Feb 2024
Interview
After taking the assessment that I passed, next it was a phone screening which was just a feeler with the recruiter. Then next was a panel interview with 3 people who worked at P&G. Took about an hour long and there were around 5-6 Situational and Behavioral questions. The interviewers were really nice, but I did not make it past the panel interview. Biggest flaw is they make you wait a whole year if you don’t get past the panel interview. It also took a very long time to hear from anyone, about 5 months.
