Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2015
Interview
- Online application (they ask you to list your preferences if you were applying for more than one position)
- Online tests
- Skype behavior interview
- In person 1 hour interview at Toronto with senior management (final round with 2 people, a buddy takes you out for breakfast prior to the interview)
During the final round, they will challenge how you respond and reacted to certain situations - be really receptive to their propositions and comments, don't insist that you did the right thing/had the right approach - show humility and willingness to listen and change
I applied to several positions that I was interested in, but was placed in CBD (probably because they really needed people - hired the most).
I heard negative experiences about the CBD program from former interns and know some people who turned down the offer, so I re-iterate my preference for the other roles. The interviewers were not happy about CBD not being on top of my list.
Good experience until final round with the senior management. One of the interviewers was rude and unfriendly. Maybe it's a bad cop, good cop situation, but the interviewer made the interview experience uncomfortable.
Also, meals are not expensed for candidates flew in from other cities and you have to pay out of your own pockets, which is surprising for a large corporation such as P&G.

Question 1
If you are facing a problem regarding the logistic system, how would you deal with the situation?
I had a very structural, process oriented interview set with very professional attitude from P&G senior executives. Very standard approach with an exposure to senior management. Very fair process i can say
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Bangkok) in Aug 2020
Interview
Firstly, I was contacted by an HR for a prescreening interview via phone call about two weeks after completing the P&G online assessment. I then had my first interview via a video call with a member of Sales team on the following day. The interview lasted about 50 minutes, starting with some general interview questions about myself then moving to performance-based questions, followed by behavior and situation-based questions. A day later, the same HR called me back that I passed the first interview and would like me to attend the second interview on the next day. My second interview was again conducted via a video call but this time with the Sales Director. This interview was slightly different from the first one since the questions were more unpredictable and assessed the though process more. A week or so later, I received a result of the interview via email.
