I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Feb 2022
Interview
Very involved interview process. After initial application, the company require several rounds of aptitude tests, online and in-person. Once those are passed, the process involved another round of in-person interviews. Prior to starting the job the company also requires a drug screening via hair sample collection and background check.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to solve a complex problem.
Great experience overall! Very friendly panel and it felt like a conversation. I'm happy I got the chance to interview ! A lot of personality/scenario questions and not many technical ones.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Weybridge, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
The process consisted of an application, 60 mins online assessment, interview with someone from HR and then a panel interview with a manager and another person from HR. HR member was based in Newcastle and had no idea about the job I was applying for. The interview process was strange, it felt like a one sided interrogation rather than a two way discussion about the role and for me to also get an idea of whether I actually wanted to work for them, because the job description was basic. No salary disclosed or whether it would be onsite or remote, I only found this out by asking directly, which is awkward and a waste of everyone's time. Questions were purely competency based (eg. tell me a time when...), none of your usual questions asked whatsoever (why do you want to work here), and they will question you on your answers repeatedly. Interviewers were rude and abrupt and not the type of people who you want to be working with. I cant imagine what it would be like actually working at this company if the interview process was this bad.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict in the workplace (lots of questions were asked on conflict throughout, makes you question the type of place you would be entering)
