I had 3 one-on-ones with multiple managers and the questions are more situational. I had one interview that it skipped the introduce yourself and jump directly to work experiences. So you really have to be mentally prepared as the questions are not the typical questions you get in the internet. Also be mentally prepare as well to avoid so much dead-air during in the interview.
