I've done it twice now, with four inteviews. Applied through university recruiting for separate jobs - interviewed on campus (or alternately, for the IDS position at Head Office in Toronto) and standard behavioural. Interestingly, for all four interviews, I received the same initial question (pictured below) - a variety of others - they're mostly all posted on here. Since employees interview you, you get the luck of the draw. The Sales ones were very cold and showed no emotion and refused to make rapport or communication - awkward interview. The other ones were all nice and friendly the entire way.
After you pass the initial round, you do a second behavioural - at Head Office, still P&G format. In Final Round for IDS, it was still behavioural but the interviewers asked me some non-behavioural questions of their own ("what was your greatest achievement", "where do you see yourself in 10 years" etc) and some more personally specific ones. You also get a lunch with a current employee, which was supposed to not reflect the decision.
