I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online. Had to write a couple of assessments. Then got invited to write an on campus assessment which was similar to the online tests, but in person. Then got an online video interview. Thought it went really well, but didn't end up getting an offer. The interviewers were pretty nice, and seemed to really want to get to know you. Know your resume really well, as they will ask a lot of follow-up questions regarding your experiences. Nothing too technical, but I imagine it would be more technical if you got invited to the second round in their head office.
