I applied online and completed the online reasoning test. I was then contacted by P&Gs Talent Acquisition Team to complete a second reasoning test - this time was in person at the Head Office. There were 20 other applicants who wrote the test with me at the same time. The test had 40 questions and must be completed in 65 minutes or less. I strongly recommend looking at the practice quiz questions on the P&G website as they are very similar to the questions on the actual test.
I was contacted later that day to say that I had passed the in-person reasoning test (apparently the majority of applicants do pass the test) and was scheduled for a panel interview with two P&G managers. The interview was roughly an hour long and featured many standard questions. I was happy with how I performed in the interview and thought it went well. Unfortunately, I was no selected to move forward in the interview process. I reached out to the Talent Acquisition contact that I had dealt with to get some feedback and got a response a couple days later. The interviewers were looking for more evidence of my ability to deal with very complex data, to draw insights, and to use the data and insights to sell and lead other people’s thinking. I'm not sure exactly what the interviewers were looking for but I do appreciate the feedback I received. Overall, the interview process was an enjoyable process.
