Procter & Gamble R&D SummerUK 2016 interview questions

The candidate has to sit a 1 hour 10 minutes numeracy, verbal and logical test, which is of the same format as the test completed online during the application process. If the candidate successfully passes this test, he is invited for interviews. The interview format and the number of interviewers is very flexible, but in my case I had to sit two sets of 1 hour long 1:1 face interviews. The interviews are fully competency based and for each set of interview you will be asked roughly the same type of questions (or even the exact same questions) to have an unbiased view of the candidate. The questions are designed to test if the candidate matches P&G's values, i.e. Power of minds, Power of Ability, Power of People. The interviewers were P&G employees working in R&D.
