I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (San Jose, San Jose) in Jul 2013
Interview
The hiring process in which I am still in was very similar to what other members have described: applying on-line, then on-line tests, then in-person tests, next a 1:1 interview with a manager who is not always from HR. After this, they informed me that I will have a panel interview at a PG's hiring event. I did my interview with 3 manager, it was similar to the first, all behavioral.
After that they told me I will have to wait for the results and took me to the cafeteria. I left the place without knowing the final results due to the huge amount of applicants that made it impossible to process on time. It was told us to wait 1-2 weeks for the results.
The whole process, even if it have taken more than 2 months is efficient, they keep informed in what stage you are and when is going to take place next.

Questions at PG interviews are all behavioral, none is difficult if you do your homework and get prepared. Just select best examples in your life, and use the CAR scheme.
