Interview
I applied online for a workshop held by P&G in my hometown, where we get to know the company and we filled in an assessment test.
Two months later, I was sent an email for the role of the Planning Manager in Warsaw. The first interview was conducted via phone and lasted 42'. After one and half months, the second interview took place via WebEx, an online meeting platform, lasted 1 hour and was with two managers.
In both interviews, most of the questions were competency based. There were also some slightly technical staff.
