Please do not waste time attending their interview.The interview had three rounds. All the rounds were pretty easy and last one was with Pradeep Jumani, HR Head. Interviews completed in 3 weeks. Then we had the negotiation and agreed on a CTC with 40% hike. They said they need approvals and took almost a month. Then they said that we need to join in 45 days else the offer would be terminated. Agreed and the letter of intent was sent with the agreed CTC requesting documents and asked me to apply resignation and provide joining date.. Post that is the complete shocker. The HR calls me and informs that only 20% can be provided. Luckily I didn't apply resignation in my current organisation. This looks like a strategy to settle on lesser pay scale. Beware and be cautious. Unless you see the offer letter do not apply resignation.
