Interview
There were three interviews, the first was a HR type of introductory. The second was with a senior manager, and the final was meant to be a validation interview with someone in the field.
The first two were quite thorough respectful and enjoyable. The third was nothing like the first two, the interviewer seemed disinterested, distracted, arrived late, and wasn't prepared. It seemed they were doing something else during the interview. It was over the phone

An informal talk with the Vice President. Mostly about my previous experience and the area of interests. I liked the opportunity and the VP liked what I can offer, so we come to agreement quickly. Interview took 45-60 minutes.
