Interview
It all started on Saturday on Jan Last week of 2016 , about two weeks back, and it took a hell lot of time for around 7 hours of total wait time for 3 rounds of interview
1. Technical 45 mins
2. Technical & Functional 80 mins
3. HR 15 mins
It all went well, I got positive feedback on all the rounds in fact in second round itself hiring manager had a discussion on CTC , again which was negotiated in HR round and was agreed.
But all of a sudden a couple of days later I get a call from HR saying they can only give just 8 percent hike of my current CTC as an offer.
Why the hell did they interviewed if they can't match the expectations in first place and the worst part is HR nodded on the interview day saying he will discuss and agree to a reasonable amount of hike. No proper follow-up provided until I enquired it myself and I left it there itself without any further follow-up.

Being a small company not much skill observed in interviewer himself. only basics and few tricky questions you can search on Web too
It was easy clear the rounds since they have issues with migration issues, so they asked the suggestions on the same. it was an immediate requirement .there were 3 rounds of interview. 1st round was technical and then manager round and hr discussion taken place.
