I talked with them at my university's career fair and was offered an interview the next day. The process was relatively straightforward. Interviewer asked behavioral questions ("describe your ideal workplace", "If this event happened, how would you handle it?", etc) and overall spoke about the company; what they do and what the role would entail. A week or two after that, I was given a timed technical assessment to complete.
