Normal question answer style interview, not too intensive. No difficult tests or quizzes. Interviewer was professional and pleasant. One problem with the interview process is that unless you ask detailed questions about the technology they use, they will not be up front about it because they know it is not up to any industry standards. So make sure to ask a lot of questions about what you will be doing and what tools you will be using.
