The interview process was very relaxed. You will meet with two current systems engineers and interview for about 45 minutes to an hour. You will then meet with the head systems engineer and interview for around the same amount of time. Questions vary from your past experiences and to more personal questions. There were also a few technical questions but nothing too difficult.
