The process was very straightforward. There is a brief quiz administered in the lobby - a few arithmetic questions, what respect means to you, etc. Next is a typing test. They are looking for about 40+ WPM. Then an interview with two people, usually a supervisor and someone from upper management. The questions in the interview are standard behavioral.

Applied online. Took about 3 weeks to hear from someone. Once I arrived for the interview they gave me a little pop quiz, nothing difficult, simple math questions and short answer questions, also took a WPM test. Interviewed with a supervisor and Vice President of collections. Questions were mainly behavior questions.
