It was a phone interview with very basic questions. Then a follow up interview via skype with their New York Office. Basic Sales questions and interview questions that you would normally expect. Looking for motivated people to work the phones. I received an offer within 2 weeks. I started a month later. Nice employees good college environment. Young. ability to make money if you can stick it out
