Recruiter emails you followed by a quick phone call. Then you come into the office to again meet with the recruiter to repeat the phone interview and send 5 minutes on the sales floor. Recruiter takes no notes, during either interview I assume and nothing was remembered. Said recruiter then says this info with the hiring manager to make a decision Seriously??? That’s not professional or standard in the least so thank you for not hiring me. I am not bitter but simply know my worth and would have appreciated a response instead of needing to chase you down.
