Professional Sports Publications interview questions

Two one on on interviews. First with HR rep, basic screening questions. The manager asks "what if" scenario questions.

I applied online and then was asked to call and speak with the branch manager. I spoke with the secretary and she did an interview screening. She asked if I was interested in inside sales and if I were to be successful would I see myself staying in sales. She then asked if I was interested in the position and so forth. I set-up the second interview with her for the following week. The second interview was first with the branch manager and he was friendly. He did not ask anything really different from the secretary, other than why I think I would be good at sales. I was then sent out to listen to other employees working for about 30 minutes. I then came back in and did a Skype interview with HQ and the VP of the company. He asked me who I admired and why and "what's your favorite vegetable.".. I was offered the job a couple of weeks later. They are looking for people with a lot of personality !!!
