I got an email from Profitsolv telling me they'd like me to do an assessment that would take 25-30 minutes to complete. I had just started doing the assessment two hours after receiving that email only to receive another email saying I didn't get the job and that they were pursuing other candidates. I then emailed them back only to get a message saying they were going to be out of the office the rest of the week. What an absolutely awful experience from an applicant's perspective. I probably dodged a bullet based on how disorganized they seem.
