I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progress Foundation
Interview
Went through a series of two in-person interviews, the first with the manager and assistant manager of the site and the second with three of the Residential Counselors who worked at the location. They had me fill out paperwork with SSN, references, etc. in-person so make sure you have all the information you need with you when you go in. Interview questions were as expected: strengths and weaknesses, what you look for in a work environment. Had to provide a writing sample reacting to a situation with a client. Culture seemed very socially aware and invested in providing care that really improves lives, but I also got the sense they are routinely understaffed and overworked.
I was later offered not the position I applied for but a part-time position with lower pay.
