This was a multi-step interview process that took more than two months and involved meeting with six different people—some of them multiple times. Twice I was told that this would be the final step of the process and it was between me and another candidate. At the conclusion of the process, I received an email that I didn't get the job because I wasn't qualified. Shouldn't that have been determined after the first, second, third, etc. interview?

Very conversation like. Focused on strategic questions that dive into your capabilities of the role. It was 4 rounds in total including the initial interview. Recruiter guided me through the whole process.
