I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Gmunden) in Jun 2016
Interview
The process is tiered, with one step leading to the next. First you submit your resume for a job, then are contacted for an online assessment. Following the assessment, you'll receive an email stating whether you've passed or not. If you do pass, you'll have a telephone interview, which would be followed by an in person interview and background check. I personally found the phone interview to be very nice and personable. I was not selected to for further consideration, but the rejection email had clearly been written by the person who interviewed me and stated why they had decided to consider other candidates. I thought it was very reasonable and nice, considering many companies do not even respond to rejected candidates.

Interview
I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
