I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview. I felt like it was a waste of my time since the person I had the phone interview with said that I probably should not have been contacted for the interview by the initial recruiter because "they typically look for people with more experience." I just wish that if that was the case I would not have been contacted at all because it was a waste of time and frankly an insult as I listed all of my experience beforehand. Overall, this was a very negative experience.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
