Thorough. Looking for customer oriented people. Phone interview followed by an in-person interview. Interview questions were very customer oriented and situational so they could gauge how you would handle certain situations. Nice people. Seems like a great company to work for. Didn't get the job but ended up landing an even better job than what Progressive would have offered so it worked out anyway.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
