Tell us about a time STARS method. Wanted examples that show strong resolution however, if they don't know your line of business examples, how do they know what's considered a strong resolution? I asked for feedback and was advised I did not provide a strong resolution despite providing specific outcomes and advising I had won awards and large bonuses for the work and situations I had used as the examples. That my work had improved customer satisfaction and company admin dollars which reduced per member per month admin costs through my process improvement initiatives and implementations. I do believe that physical disability played into the decision since after noticing it, he refused to maintain eye contact.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
