Phone interview is the toughest part. The interview at the call is easier. Want to know sales and customer service experience. After in person interview got the offer next day.
I’ve only gone to the first one, but it was over a week ago. They said they would get back to me for the next round. I have still heard nothing it was all video they asked questions and gave 30 seconds to think about what you were gonna say, and then two minutes to answer the questions and you had one time to redo it

Video interview on your own, You get two retakes. Pretty easy. There is no interviewer so it is a pretty relaxed environment. I would recommend at least trying to apply there.

What is a difficult obstacle you have had to overcome in your current or previous employment?
First I got an email saying they were interested in my background. A few days later I was invited to do a video interview that has to be completed within 6 days. I completed it at the end of the 6 days and got an email to do a phone interview the next day. I was offered the job during the phone interview pending my background check.
