I applied online. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance in Jul 2017
Interview
I had a phone screening that lasted 30-45 min and I never heard back about the status. I was very disappointed in that I didn't even get a Dear John Email. Also you have to get through an initial assessment that could take anywhere from 30 min to an Hr. So I never heard back from them or even received the dreaded Dear John Email. I would've at least been okay with that since it shows some courtesy and respect. I will never apply for another position with them. The HR person acted as if I would definitely hear back to get a face-to-face interview but never happened. That is why you have to keep an even keel when applying to these jobs and don't get excited either way.
