I have heard that Progressive is difficult to get into, you have to know someone. I was currently laid off because of the Illinois State Budget and a very committed, hard working, positive individual with alot to offer a company. Clean history, Clean background and certainly willing to try something new! I completed the online application and received an email that I had to take 2 tests then would receive a third. I completed all 3 and was informed via email that I had passed/qualified for employment there. I kid you not exactly 9 minutes later another email came through stating my experience is not what they are looking for. Excuse but if you look at my app and resume and felt that way then why bother sending the tests--3 hours of my time test taking to then receive an email saying I passed however we don't want you. Clearly your recruiting process is very flawed. It is so disrespectful to waste someone's time and 3 hours at that. Recruiters are obviously overwhelmed with applications they are sending emails out like an assembly line. Well all I can say is you passed up a great person. You may want to revisit your recruiting processes.
