Interview
I applied online in July and completed a quick phone interview within the next week. It was very typical questions about my background, why I was looking for a new job, and then some STAR-type questions. After this, there is a little bit of a wait as the recruiter goes over all the candidates with the hiring manager before scheduling in-person interviews. There is also an online assessment that takes about 20 minutes to work through. The in-person interview was very similar to the phone interview - almost entirely STAR questions with some more candid ones because I have a weird professional background that makes for good conversation. After this interview there is a background check which takes a few days to go through. My recruiter got back to me with an offer as soon as that was completed. I had a great experience throughout the interview process, was offered a higher salary than expected, and am very excited to start working!

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
