The interview had a lot of steps, and every step of it was pleasant. My phone interviewer was nice, as was my in person interview. Unlike a lot of the people here, I had to only take one test- I don't know why. Both interviews are in the STAR format, which I suggest you practice. They explain the STAR format in the interviews, as well as on their website. I believe I didn't get the job because I could not submit my background check in time.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
