Takes several weeks depending on when they are hiring the next training class to start. Applied May 22 Received email to complete assessment May 22 Completed assessment May 23 Received email that I passed May 24 then next step Scheduled phone interview on May 30 Phone interview June 6- they went over resume and star format questions along with why you want to work for them. End of call was advised I was going to in person interview. In person was not supposed to be for 1-2 weeks the recruiter advised. June 7th received a call from the recruiter and schedule in person interview on June 13 June 13 in person interview was about 1.5 hours with 2 different people one the manager and another supervisor. Both very friendly and went over resume along with going over star format behavior questions. If you don’t know the stars format you won’t pass this interview. I was given a mini tour of the building as we they walked me out. Overall a difficult interview process. Was advised I would not know for at least 1-2 weeks from the interview. Patiently waited and received a phone call from the recruiter on June 25 saying I was selected and the next step would be to complete the background check. The recruiter advised this process can take 1-2 weeks then would get a call back on the final offer of employment and start date.
