Phone interviewer was very nice. Understood that I was nervous so she helped ease the situation.
Started by informing me what the interview was going to be about.
1. Explanation of role, benefits, salary, training, and schedule.
2. Explained that there would be a comprehensive background check as well a thorough investigation of employment and school degree.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
